1. Beta Software

This Receipt Manager application ("the Application") is provided as beta software for testing and evaluation purposes. The Application may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. By using this Application, you acknowledge and accept that it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. Data Privacy

The Application processes receipt images and extracts information such as store names, items, prices, and dates. This data is stored on our servers and is used solely for providing the receipt management service to you.

• Your receipt data is private and will not be shared with third parties
• Receipt images are processed using automated systems
• You retain ownership of all uploaded content
• You may request deletion of your data at any time

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of this Application, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the Application only for lawful purposes
• Not upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the system
• Not use the Application to process sensitive financial documents (credit card numbers, bank statements)

4. Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this Application, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Inaccurate receipt parsing
• Service interruptions
• Security breaches

5. Beta Testing Disclaimer

This is beta software. Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice. The Application may be unavailable at times for maintenance or updates. There is no guarantee of service continuity or data persistence during the beta period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application's source code, design, and functionality are the intellectual property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Application for personal receipt management purposes.
